"Wireless Solution Manager - UK (Telecoms, wireless, solution, sale, small cell, UK, Perm) An experienced Wireless Solution Manager is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Reading. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for wireless solution sales Product proposition for LTE & 3G SmallCell, SON, Indoor Coverage Solution as well as full wireless solution and portfolio. Product and project pricing Competitive analysis Setup product selling strategy and ensure reasonable margin as well as competitiveness Leading and coordinating bidding projects to ensure technical and commercial competitiveness and win the contract Product promotion/ roadshow and customer event to leverage clients smallcell branding Own key customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction and effective feedback to which helps to improve clients total customer value Internal training and support to solution managers across all clients countries. Align sales strategy and global approved technical solution Closely work with account sales and service delivery team to ensure project delivery Commercial negotiation for global contract as well as country specific projects Identify market opportunity and sales lead and develop into winning project. Manage full business development cycle and deliver positive result Coordinate and source effective resource from regional team and HQ to support sales opportunity Effective cooperation with technical and commercial teams in HQ to implement account strategy Qualifications: Over 6 years direct telecommunications and carrier network experience with a proven track record in a Telecom equipment supplier or carrier Familiar with Mobile operators RAN and Backhaul areas Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/PS core and other IP / Data Communication solutions Familiar with vendors wireless Network products especially smallcell solutions Minimum of Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics Chinese speaking capability will be very much helpful If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LIJV/WSM-4227 or call +385 1 6387 404 for further information."
