Please quote Job Reference: LM4170 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES · Demonstrate exceptional leadership of the Fixed Income Derivatives Production Services teams · Partner strategically with application development, infrastructure to set direction and execution of technology future state vision · Be trusted partner with the FI business in developing and delivering the business’ technology strategy · Ensure systems delivered to production environments meet enterprise quality requirements. Facilitate rollout of software components to production. · Seek opportunities to increase the quality of technology service delivered to the business and lead teams to do the same · Pro-actively prepare for planned maintenance over weekends, DR exercise and all major roll-outs · Ensure logging of support incidents, hold Problem Review Meetings (PRMs) and track action items to closure · Develop and maintain service-level agreements with business IT teams · Lead enterprise process improvements Experience: Required: · Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives trade Flow · Thorough knowledge and experience of Derivatives Pricing and Risk · 9+ years of experience in IT. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial industry. · Prior in depth experience in leading, implementing and supporting large-scale production systems. · Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives business. · Prior experience of leading global support team · Strong technical skills on UNIX and Windows · Experience with FI applications and brokers such as Bloomberg TOMS, BrokerTec, TradeWeb, MarketAxess · Role involves regular escalation and coordination activities over evenings and weekends Preferred: · Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes.
