If you are interested please contact me: lara@zolon.com "Job Description: • Manage assigned open requisitions, working with hiring managers to ensure effectiveness in hiring the best talent for SunGard Availability Services while following hiring policies and procedures. • This position requires less supervision and should be capable to handle up to 20-25 open positions. • This position should be able to support a minimum of 60 filled positions per year. • This position should be able to counsel hiring managers on processes, best practices as well as Federal and State employment law and compliance. • This position supports the hiring manager and assists to ensure the hire meets equal hiring practices and limits legal exposure. • Assist in the resolution of talent acquisition related issues related to pre determined hiring goals established by SunGard leadership Emphasis will be on Infrastructure Technology within low-to-mid level positions. • Manage the recruitment process internally, with outside vendors and candidates within the guidelines • Proactively source for candidates Support EEO Outreach requirements effectively. • Provide strong customer service to our internal clients. • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Provide an escalation point in the absence of a manager Limited travel, as needed. Special projects as assigned. Qualifications: • College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent • Min of 2 years technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency capacity preferred. • Experience recruiting candidates in the technical infrastructure arena, such as Network Engineers, System Engineers, Project Managers, etc. • is strongly preferred. Ability to deliver sensitive information clearly with diplomacy. Ability to source, evaluate, interview and recommend superior candidates • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to identify, interview, evaluate, and recommend or un-consider candidates for employment • Ability to interact with corporate hiring managers to discuss job requirements and candidate qualifications required. • Ability to source candidates using creative methods which include cold calling, & internet a plus • Ability to handle confidential information required Applicant must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment. • Ability to learn quickly in a highly technical fast paced environment • Proficiency in Windows based applications, WORD, EXCEL and database experience Working Conditions: • Ability to meet the physical demands of this position.
