Job responsibilities: ● Providing solution designing for customer requirements ● Preparing technical documents for biddings ● Project managing- customer projects assigned by line manager ● System operation for pre-sales part solution/pricing ● Managing suppliers including service review and credit claiming ● Off-net suppliers solutions investigation ● Managing customer service structure ● Providing technical solution verification and validation ● Other tasks assigned by the line manager Requirements: ● At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in global/regional carriers in pre-sales position. ● Knowledge of pre-sales/project management. ●Strong knowledge and understanding of SDH/MPLS L2/L3/IP technology ● Comprehensive background of popular telecom industrial products and market pricing benchmark. ● A hard working team player, be able to communicate at all levels. ● Strong presentation/communication skill; English speaker required.
