Function: One of our clients, one of the biggest international companies acting in the Full IT Services and Outsourcing Business, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager. Your daily tasks will be : * Acting towards the market as a hunter on the IT market, identifying buyers and bringing in the projects * Act as a people manager towards a team of around 8 people * Act as middle management in terms of reporting * Act as a trainer / mentor / driver towards the juniors * Setting up budgets (P&L) * Take accountability for the team's business This is a unique chance to join a growing and innovative company which encourages an « out of the box » mentality and pro-activity by investing into people (technical training, soft skills, …) In order to be adequate for this function you need: * A minimum of 5 years experience in a related function in the IT sector (Account Management, Business Development …). * To be a good communicator in French, Dutch and English, able to manage contacts at different levels within the customers (technical, CXO, …) * Excellent analytic skills, a sales mind and a taste for performance. * You have a broad understanding of IT tools and processes.
