"Job Description The HR Senior Manager will partner with business groups and provide strategic HR direction. The role will support the creation and execution of broad reaching organizational design and workforce planning, building a pipeline of talent, managing performance, succession, leadership capability - derived from the business strategy to ensure alignment of resources and capabilities with business priorities. Key accountabilities include the following: • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions mainly human resources management, Industrial Relations, GA, training and performance management system. • Review and recommend changes to work processes, HR policies and guidelines and spearhead HR initiatives and projects • Provide guidance and counsel to business leaders with regard to all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions; grievances; redundancies and restructures. Skills & Qualification: Knowledge of all functional HR areas is required for success. This person must have the ability to partner with senior business leaders, and work in a multinational business environment. • 15 – 20 years with at least 5 years in Senior HR role and having experience handling a workforce of a minimum 500 people. • Preferably having experiences in Poultry, Agro-Commodities, Agro-Processing, Fertilizer, Seeds, Farm equipment, FMCG, Food processing etc with manufacturing facilities, • Strong communication, influencing, facilitation and presentation skills are necessary to actively communicate with all levels of management, staff, outside agencies and customers. • Have a global mindset and an understanding of culture and change management. • MBA in HR management is preferred. • The position is based in Pune, India.
