Estimates work amounts in own process area. •Be familiar with test process, usage of test tools and test equipments. Participate in reviews, test or design workshop, task force and research group in daily work. •Involve in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability Required Skills: •Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent education •Experience in one or more of the User plane Protocols (RLC, MAC, FP, PDCP) •Domain know-how: GSM / GPRS / WCDMA / LTE •Installation and commissioning of Network elements •In depth Knowledge of UMTS/HSPA Domain (Preferred) •SDLC Know-how: Iterative, Agile and Waterfall models •Usage of Nethawk/Wireshark tools •Knowledge of software testing, integration & test automation Good scripting and Debugging skills"
