Adrian Godding 07515 324578 posted a job: Senior Recruitment Consultant "Experis, the specialist resource management arm of the Manpower Group, is looking to recruit an experienced permanent recruitment delivery consultant to join an established team based in its exclusive flagship head office in Farringdon, Central London. The purpose of this role is to gain competitive advantage by building strong relationships with line managers as well as the client's recruitment team to achieve No 1 supplier status. Responsibilities Business Development Activities * Pro-actively build strong relationship with line managers and on site recruitment team in order to obtain requirements and information before other suppliers. * Networking the clients to obtain potential information that will lead to new business. * Canvassing your candidate pool to evaluate who is potentially recruiting. * Arrange new starter social meetings with all placements to maximise referral and networking opportunities. * Contact relevant line managers and on site team to promote specific candidates who are identified as having relevant client background and skill set. * Maintaining a stakeholder map ensuring all relevant decision makers or line managers are met on a by-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis when possible. * Create and update Account Management plans. Present these regularly to senior management and present your client understanding on a quarterly basis to the resource pool. * Plans strategy & tactics before calling/meeting a client to maximise opportunity & achieve desired outcome. * Effectively handles concerns/objections & knows when to close deals. Process Compliance * Adhere to clients' recruitment processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. * Adhere to all contractual obligations such as Key Performance Indicators, vetting checks etc. * Ensure all client and candidate documentations are accurate and free of any error. * Maintaining Client and Applicant records to the standards laid down by the Employment Agencies Act, the Quality Management System and the Experis Client administration process. Person Specification Qualification * A' level or Graduate level education. Experience * Demonstrable track record in permanent IT recruitment. * Experience of conducting on site meetings with clients. * Experience of managing client situations. * Ability to self-source. Skills, Knowledge & Attributes * Strong IT skills and ability to acquire knowledge of the in-house database swiftly in order to be able to undertake multi-level searches. * Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and interview applicants and make sound judgements on suitability. * Excellent telephone skills (basic sales, message handling, service etc). * Good understanding of clients' market sector & knowledge of competitors. * Negotiation skills and problem solving skills. * Strong technical knowledge. * Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face. * Must be able to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels. * Ability to network within large client sites and build structures. * Resilient, tough minded with a flexible attitude. * Empathy with clients' goals and objectives - proactive in meeting these and developing ways of increasing the presence of Experis and clients success. * Achievement Orientation - Highly motivated with a positive approach and drives activities through to conclusions.
