Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Senior Software Solution Architect (.NET/Java or PHP) Nhon Pham posted a job: Senior Software Solution Architect (.NET/Java or PHP) "I am seeking this role for a global web development company in Viet Nam: Responsibilities: - The Senior Software Solution Architect (SSSA) provides technical and business domain leadership throughout feature development, starting at the pre-envisioning phase to development and probably to deployment, based on years of experience and knowledge of applicable technologies. - The SSSA is also a key member of the Technical Management Team. - Managing relations with technical architects, developers, operational personnel and technology leadership (CTO, Directors, etc.) - As part of the Technical Management Team defines technology roadmap, training plans, development best practices, environment. - Providing assistance to prospects and clients with choosing the right set of Products and designing the Application-integration right. - Positioning technology correctly while providing prospects/customers with a framework and methodology for evaluating Distributed Computing technology and an assessment of product fit to the customer's enterprise/application's architectural needs. - Troubleshooting performance, scale, availability issues for integrated solutions and debugging Production Problems when the situation arises. - Hands-on assistance with Integration (code-reviews, code-samples etc.) and Tuning of the customer Application with company's technology. Requirements: - Language: English (excellent in all skills). Vietnamese is a plus - 8 - 15 years of experience in web development technologies in general and have in-depth knowledge of PHP and/or .NET and/or JAVA - Excellent capability in Research & Development (R&D) - Experience in architecture design of web-based systems (from small to large-scale) - Experience in working with common web-based applications and new web technology concepts (CMS, Portal, e-commerce, online payment, Newsletter, Community, Social network, SEO, media streaming, CDN, Cloud ...) - Good knowledge in open-source solutions (frameworks, platforms) - Significant experience in managing medium or large teams - Great soft skills: group discussion leading, team working, problem solving, training - Great spirit of work & research, self-motivated, dedicated, committed.
