Subject: Business Analyst – Escrow experience e-mail : Melissa.lecznar@global-itech.com Detroit, Michigan MUST have escrow experience Radha Gheewala posted a job: Business Analyst – Escrow experience e-mail : Melissa.lecznar@global-itech.com Detroit, Michigan MUST have escrow experience "Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on: - User needs - How the request impacts other systems and business processes - Industry requirements - Looked to as a "go to" person when other BAs have questions/issues - Often performs a "Second Review" for other BAs' projects - Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems taking into consideration hardware and software capacity - Analyzes business and user needs, and translates them into proper system requirement specifications - Works with other system business analysts to understand and manage project dependencies - Writes and executes thorough test plans - Keeps IS teammates informed of changes by issuing Change Management Notifications - Actively provides end user training Knowledge Skills & Abilities: - Highly Motivated/Focused Personality - Proficient in managing projects - Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency - Has a Good technical understanding of the system he/she represents and how it impacts the business units - Must be able to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities - Analytical and creative thinker - Client-oriented (internal and external) - Able to interface with and make presentations to end users, managers, and IS team members - Knowledge and experience within the mortgage industry Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience in related field - At least 3 years of mortgage experience and/or at least 3 years of system-related experience The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between a business unit and the information systems team they represent. Provides leadership in defining business systems requirements, and coordinates/leads large or complicated business systems projects and/or tasks, as required. Performs advanced planning of automation needs necessary to define business system project objectives and prepares project plans. Manages projects to assure objectives are met within the time frame specified. Senior Business Analysts must be excellent communicators, tactful diplomats, problem solvers, thinkers and analyzers - with the ability to understand and respond to user needs in a rapidly changing business environment"
