TANJA EVCIC posted a job: L-3 STRATIS is looking for a Program Planning / Control Analyst 2 to work with a team of professionals at our office at Tampa, FL and / or Mac Dill AFB, FL. "You will provide direct support to the Director Combatant Command, Program Manager, Special Operations, IT Contract (SITEC) Distributed Computing and and SITEC Distributed Computing Site Leads and Functional Managers. You will prepare, develop, and coordinate plans to meet contractual/project requirements. You will established program plan requirements and assists with policy formulation and other management functions. You will ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality as well as tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Job description: • Establish program plan requirements. • Analyze device quantities, correlate to manpower and labor categories. Evaluate manpower and provide assessment to managers on the best allocation of resources. • Uses analytical techniques to assist managers to make better decisions and solve problems. • Review Service Level Agreements (SLA) supporting documentation. Works closely with SLA Manager to determine best methodology to improve performance. • Review processes and procedures to make recommendations on streamlining them.
