"HR Manager High Wycombe 12 Month contract My client is looking for Interim HR Manager on a contract basis for 12 months. You must have at least 3-5 years experience at HR Manager level and preferably with line responsibility for sales and marketing organization within a large entity. It would be extremely beneficial is you have Health Care or Pharmaceutical sector experience advantage but not essential. You must have excellent relationship building skills to senior director level , as well as be very strong communicator and have excellent SME (Subject Matter Expert) capability across full range of disciplines. As the HR Manager you will be reporting to Head of HR. Line HR Support for Sales & Marketing Division providing SME support and guidance, implementing policies and strategies, managing execution of personal development and performance management system for this division. Wide General HR Experience across all disciplines required with full CIPD Qualification and preference for experience supporting Sales and Marketing organisation. In short you will have good well rounded experience. No admin responsibility in this role. May have responsibility for managing 1 graduate."
