PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assess business needs and improvements for business (processes, support systems, and technology).  Document as-is business processes.  Develop business requirements into business processes  Work closely with business users and management to assess improvement or reengineer of business processes for competitive advantage.  Develop a business case for change/value improvement.  Define the technology improvement – cost and requirements along with benefits and need.  Constantly keep the long range bigger picture in view while assessing and addressing the best way to achieve the company goal.  Implement system configuration changes and coordinate needed testing with users.  Responsible for user education and training.  Develop system security.  Review all new report needs.  System expert. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of consultants/contractors. May include supervision of additional staff. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: B.S. degree (Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent education and experience). SAP configuration capability – Must have.  CAD Integration  Document Management System:  C Folders and ECC 6 interfaces  C Projects  Engineering Change Management  QM Quality Management  PM Plant Maintenance  Knowledgeable with the SAP classification system SKILLS & ABILITIES:  Experienced and well versed in a manufacturing environment is a must.  Ability to lead others.  Experienced working within a matrix environment.  Must be analytical, have strong organizational abilities.  Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.  Technical: Hands-on experience with tools to design business processes and an understanding of change enablement.  Knowledge of business case development.
