As the SharePoint Architect you will be responsible for designing SharePoint 2010 solutions to business problems and working on full lifecycle projects. Some travel is required in this role. RESPONSIBLITIES: ** Interact with clients to drive projects. **Grow into a technical team lead and client liaison. **Implement solutions for overall quality and timeline of development independently or overseeing a development team. **Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status **Effectively estimate solutions, share knowledge, contribute ideas and opinions **Independently research and use resources to resolve issues **Desire and ability to mentor and grow developers **Communicate with clients and teams about technical solutions using the proper level of technical and business language **Manage and implement third party solutions and plug-ins on top of SharePoint REQUIREMENTS: **Bachelors Degree and 4+ years SharePoint Development **3 + years of experience working in a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company **2 + years of strong SharePoint (2007 or 2010) Solution Architecture experience **Able to produce solution designs around all aspects of SharePoint **Experience in Net Development, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, XML, and Web Services **SharePoint certifications in either 2007 or 2010 a plus. **Ability to work well independently and in a team environment **Excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills **Strong written and verbal communication skills WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS OPPORTUNITY: Resumes without the required technical skills and experience will not be considered.
