Bridget Shao has started a discussion: Looking for CONTROLLER – BEIJING "Company: A famous German automotive group Salary: Competitive Salary (depending on experience) Location: Beijing, China # of subordinates: 1 (Financial Assistant) Reporting to: Head of Production Planning (foreign national) Team size: 2 Travelling: 1 or 2 times / months within China (mostly Chengdu, Changchun, Guangzhou Area) Responsibilities: + Management of financial documents + Preparation of purchase requisition (PR) + Purchase order and goods receipt in SAP + Management of petty cash account on different project sites + Preparing the monthly controlling and finance reports + Analysis of the financial data and deriving measures to safeguard the budgeted cost and profit targets + Development of processes and policies to safeguard the recording of financial data + Keep contacts with state tax office & local tax office to cope mainly with business tax, corporate tax as well as withholding income tax relating to the department + Coordination of the planning and reporting process and coordination of the departments involved in the process + Evaluation of cost and profit effective measures Requirements: + Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field + At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in finance orientated position + At least 2 years working experience in Project Management + Working experience in international automotive + Working experience in Fortune 500 company strongly preferred + Computer literate, especially Windows office and finance related software + Ability to use SAP + Careful, detail oriented, self motivated and flexible + Great communication skills on all levels + Fluent in written and spoken German, English and Chinese + Willing to work and live in Beijing + Willing to go on business trips Please send your updated English resume to Ms. Bridget Shao (b.shao@directhr.cn) with the subject ''Application for Controller - Beijing, J#1678BS''"
