We are currently looking for a “Marketing Manager – Business Segment” to join our leading GSM telecommunications client in QATAR. The details of the role as follows: If interested, please do send your CV in word document, indicating your current and expected salaries. ¬¬¬Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Consumer Marketing Role purpose: • Understand segment needs and have clear insights for the segments • Create propositions required to deliver on the segment insights • Determine the best ways to bring the Brand propositions to life for the Business segments • Develop an end-to-end marketing plan for the segment and lead the communication of this across the business • Influence and inspire others in the organisation to deliver against the segment plan • Ensure Brand measures, delight measures & NPS are understood & action is being taken to drive in the right direction • To deliver the revenue, contribution margin and NPS result for the segments and propositions Role requirements Key accountabilities • Understand the needs of Business customers in Qatar and have clear insights for this segment. • Create propositions required to deliver on the segment insights • Determine the best ways to bring the Brand propositions to life for the Business Segment • Develop an end-to-end marketing plan for the Business segment and lead the communication of this plan across the business • Influence and inspire others in the organisation to deliver against the segment plan • Ensure Brand measures, delight measures and NPS are understood and action is being taken to drive in the right direction • Commercial accountability for the segment for all revenues, contribution margin and NPS • Marketing Leader Person specification Essential role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience • Proven experience in marketing to Business/Enterprise customers and building marketing plans based on the needs of this specific segment • A senior marketer with experience in bringing to life major brand campaigns (8 years marketing experience) • Strong experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a marketing plan • Strong communication skills in English Client offers a competitive tax free package.
