One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Delivery Manager (Travel Domain) Total experience: 13+ yrs Job Description Will be responsible for customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, profitability, revenue target support, people satisfaction for a delivery group of size 150+ people DM will work with a set of Project Managers, Senior PMs, to manage delivery of multiple projects in a Program (or in one or more customer accounts) Should have grown from a hands on Technical background to Group Manager or Delivery Manager positions Should have played Project Manager role for at least 3-5 years directly managing project execution (Scope management, customer management, schedule, effort management, , risk management etc.) for both Fixed Price and T&M model projects Should have managed projects of both Custom Development and Application Maintenance type projects – Thorough knowledge of quantitative tracking of project health for both development and maintenance projects Should have played the role of Group Manager / Delivery Manager for at least 2 years for a large account or multiple accounts managing multiple projects of different types – Managing a group of Project Managers Should have the ability to define customer specific delivery dashboards and should have led program reviews with customer using those dashboards Should have very good knowledge of project, account financials – forecasting, revenue tracking, gross margin management etc. Experience of setting up an ODC and running it is added advantage Exposure to Travel domain, Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage Should have 13-15 years of experience in IT Services industry Requirements With at least 13+ years of total experience in IT Services and in Delivery From large IT Services companies (like Infosys, Wipro, TCS) Who have stability and at least a substantial length of recent experience in these large companies (at least 8 to 10 years) Who have played the role of a Delivery Manager in the past 3 years Who have strong experience in Delivery and Operations in an ODC (distributed teams, onsite/offshore, define and implement delivery processes, handle mix of project types, technologies and methodologies) Who have experience in managing Delivery of multiple customer accounts and/or large Programs Who have experience in managing team sizes that are in the 200 - 250 range Who are process aware and process inclined (exposure to Agile/Scrum preferred) Who have experience as Delivery Manager supervising, coaching and guiding Project Managers and Senior Project Managers Who have experience managing Development, Maintenance, Testing, and ERP projects Who have experience as PM in one or two large Fixed Price Projects (in the last 4-5 years) Note: Please send cvs only, who can able to attend the interview weekdays with short notice period.
