BS Degree in technical discipline preferred, but a combination of some college plus appropriate experience will be considered. Key skills are technical maintenance knowledge ( mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, controls systems, etc. ) and leadership skills to manage and develop technicians and supervisors. Thorough knowledge of preventive maintenance programs (CMMS, MP-2, etc.) is required. Blow and Injection Molding experience is highly desired.
