With a global footprint across 16 countries, our client is actively managing security for over 400+ customers. Company provides unique technology platform and integrated services framework to actively monitor, reduce, and prevent risks on 24*7 basis. This service delivery is recognized by multiple industry standards and has been awarded by Asian Banker, Red Herrings, and Financial Insights. Our client has been in the Gartner’s “Market scope for managed security services in Asia Pacific” for the last 3 years and is now rated as a “Positive player” in the MSSP space. They need to fill the following position asap. Position : Sales Manager - Indonesia Education : MBA/ Engg/ Graduation Experience : 5 - 8 years Location : Jakarta Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience and with liberal sales incentives. Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Develop Annual Strategic Business plan and achieve the revenue and other targets as per the plan 2. To be able to generate and sustain sales pipeline in consonance with his targets 3. To be able to comprehend and scope customer requirements at a high level 4. Create and implement strategies and programs for generating interest, demand and recognition for the company and its offerings amongst target segments 5. Sell company products & services to the targetted customers 6. Capable of handling first level presales / presentations 7. 5 – 8 years’ successful solution sales experience in the Corporate Environment, selling B2B services in the Private &/or Government sector 8. Experience in Information Security is an added advantage 9. Should have experience in selling in any of these verticals - BFSI, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Retail, Government etc 10. Must have strong track record of individually selling multi‑year, multi‑million dollar service contracts 11. Executive level strategy, communication, and presentation skills, effectively develop and manage professional relationships with clients at CXO levels 12. Knowledge of sales process of prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, creating the need and closing the business 13. Experience in setting up channels/ partners and managing them to achieve revenue goals 14. Should be an Indonesian or have ‘Permanent Resident’ status 15.
