You will have overall responsibility for your desk and developing the business working in part of a dedicated experienced team. Part of your role will be to service these accounts as well as winning new business. The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from experienced Manager EXPERIENCE: Recruitment experience within the NHS/Healthcare ideal although they will consider consultants / team leaders with a stable work history within other sectors of recruitment.
