The company are providers of social care staff to local authorities and is a recognised preferred supplier throughout the UK. Part of your role will be to service these accounts as well as winning new business. The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from experienced Regional Manager. EXPERIENCE: Management experience ideal although they will consider consultants/team leaders with a stable work history within Healthcare recruitment. You should be a strong man-manager and a good team motivator as well as able to handle company policies and procedures and ensure that legalities are strictly adhered to. A proven track record in growing new business and developing teams is essential. Ideally you will have experience in high volume temporary recruitment of unqualified staff. Also a proven track record in exceptional people management / winning accounts & major tenders for high volume recruitment / P&L responsibility.
