Job Description: Job description:As a Process Trainer, the individual would be expected to - Identify process related training requirement and needs on a regular basisDesign training calendar and modules (including reference material, presentations, handouts, etc.)Conduct process, communication and culture training for current and new employees using various training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methodologiesComplete training administrative work such as tracking data, timekeeping, evaluate training effectiveness and other tasks as requiredSupervise learners within the program training classroom environment, including attendance and monitor progress of training, provide coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations to the management teamProvide voice & accent training in addition to process trainingApart from these, the individual should be able to - Maintain current product knowledge for as per changing business dynamicsFacilitate transition of employees from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needsSupport and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as applicable including identifying and communicating areas for curriculum development/enhancement opportunities.Accountable for achieving individual training performance metricsShift timing : 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (US shift)Required candidate background:Educational qualificationGraduate or equivalentWork experience2-5 years overall experience in BPO or call centre industry in training & developmentPrior experience in voice & accent and process training will be preferredSkills-Excellent communication skills Excellent English skills required-Proficient computer skills Behavioral requirements: The Process Trainer should beSelf-motivated to achieve goals and work efficiently under moderate supervisionExtremely personable and a good team playerComposed and mature in their interpersonal interactions and possess an ability to influence and motivate othersPossess good organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines consistentlyProactive and be able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using sound analytical skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing business needsCompensation & benefits:Up to INR 2.40 LPA + performance based incentives (Negotiable)Contact:Ms. Aarti Chauhan7 /"
