Start : 01/01/2013- 31/12/2013 Location : Antwerpen Reference nr : 1273 "Primary Tasks and responsibilities •Manage regional IT projects with varying levels of complexity in the area of Medical Affairs •Specify J&J project requests, taking into account the standard guidelines and procedures •Group, prioritize and optimize those requests •Work with other J&J IT organizations as part of projects, i.e. Application Services development teams, IT Shared Services or Infrastructure •Take responsibility for gathering project requirements from users and business partners, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures •Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities to project team members •Assist the business in developing risk mitigation strategies for changes •Participate in change “go/no go” decisions •Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met •Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget Qualification Rating Analytical capabilities * Yes Documentum and 2+ Yrs.
