Covering both Contract and Permanent, the business manages UK and International appointments across a number of areas including, Banking & Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance, Legal, Supply Chain & Sales & Marketing. They currently have an urgent requirement for a Resourcer / Trainee Consultant to come on board working alongside the Interims Finance team. Your main focus will be to support the Interims team in sourcing and mapping candidates and using search and selection in the recruitment of senior finance candidates. This role offers fantastic career progression and my client sees this as a 6-12 month role before making the move into a full 360 role. The successful candidate must be polished and articulate with an ability to communicate effectively. Ideally you will have either prior Resourcer experience or some sort of entrepreneurial or sales experience. The client is very open to profile as full training will be provided. The business focus exclusively within either financial services or commerce and industry, with individual consultants in turn dedicated to functional verticals including Technical & Functional Business Analysis, Software development, Infrastructure and Programme Analysis, Database Administration & Development and has an incomparable presence in today's London Recruitment market.
