"Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist position Temp to Perm - North Atlanta/Alpharetta Job Function: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform daily recruiting duties to ensure top graded talent is acquired into the organization. Demonstrate a strong commitment to EndoChoice through professional interactions, team work and support the CHIE culture through individual performance. Job Requirements: • 5 plus years of prior talent acquisition/recruiting experience • Experienced with traditional and social networking recruiting tools and strategies • Prior agency recruiting experience is an asset • Experience with the full lifecycle recruiting process • Strong Microsoft Office products skills and ability to learn • Strong internal customer service methodology, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills • Flexible and willingness to learn, self-starter and motivated • High levels of integrity and confidentiality • Willing to work nontraditional work hours when needed • International recruiting experience a plus Essential Functions: • Post open jobs on all recruiting sites and tools • Assist with the development of job descriptions • Conduct phone screens • Identify top talent candidates • Short list candidates for hiring mangers • Present candidates to hiring managers • Conduct reference checks and background checks • Oversee communications to rejected candidates • Schedule interviews and prepare interview packages • Maintain and manage Jobvite tracking system • Administer and support internal hiring processes • Create and maintain accurate record keeping tools regarding all hiring activities • Work with HR department to obtain offer letters and effectively transition in new hires • Administer TalentQuest assessments • Administer position testing as needed • Work with the HR Management to refine and define hiring processes and practices • Support onboarding activities as assigned • Filing, faxing, scanning and copying as assigned for the HR department • Other duties as assigned Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
