Previously worked in small and large teams ranging from 5 to 15 members team size, which involved working with team members and clients to identify and capture CRM business and system requirements.  Candidate has worked on configuring & optimizing Siebel Applications and integrating with a variety of systems\applications including Share Point, MS Office, and Microsoft Outlook. Candidate possesses sound knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Siebel EIM, Siebel EAI, Siebel Communications, Siebel Workflows, Siebel eAutomotive. Visual Basic, eScripting, Siebel Analytics, PL\SQL Development and experience in full life cycle of the software design process.   Role Description   Gather business requirements from clients and prepare functional requirements for new change requests or support requests Provide formal Business Requirements Documents for team members, IT Management, and client review Identify any potential issues with the applications and interfaces with other systems Provide high level design and functional design solutions Maintain Client relationships Assist clients with Siebel application and environmental system support issues Provide Siebel application client training Assist in user Acceptance Testing and Go Live deployment.
