Job Description: ADGA is looking for a Project Management Support Specialist! Are you a Project Management Support Specialist looking for a new, long term opportunity in the Ottawa area? In order to qualify for this position, candidates MUST have: 60 months within the last 96 months as an IT Project Management Support Specialist. 36 months within the last 60 months creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and work packages on an IT project with a project value over $1M. Preference will be given to candidates who also have: Experience providing scope management services including plan, definition, tracking, reporting. Experience preparing monthly summary status of the overall project progress, including monthly project office support status reports, HR and financial forecasts. Experience participating in meetings and progress reviews involving the various Project stakeholders, including chairing meets to review and discuss changes to work packages. Experience applying each of the following: o MS Office Professional o Quality management tools o GroupWise o Electronic records management tools (such as RDIMS) Accreditation in a recognized project management organization (such as PMI's Project Management Professional). Experience directing preparation of project integrated, master, and detailed schedules, and assisting in structuring and integrating the various schedules and budgets into the master documents. Experience coordinating quality management activities, including quality plans, quality audits, and implementing quality processes.
