TIBCO SPOTFIRE CONSULTANT in Addison, TX Role                           : TIBCO SPOTFIRE CONSULTANT Location                     : Addison, TX Duration                     : 6 months Start Date                   : ASAP Job Responsibilities: The candidate should possess the following skills: Responsible for Spot-fire project architecture, design, jumpstarting the development activities and implementation approach for LOB reporting solution. Will be responsible to: Translate product requirements and business questions into report requirements and visualization dashboards. Develop and maintain documentation and reference material for the users; and conduct user training. Identifying non-functional technical requirements. Interpret business requirements to create scalable, innovative, and repeatable business intelligence reports, often using very large data sets. Influencing the design of databases to accommodate reporting requirements. Suggesting appropriate DDL and DML based on business and technical requirements. Designing, developing and unit testing business intelligence reports and supporting procedures. Ensuring solutions are secure and are in compliance with Bank Security Policies. Managing metadata in conjunction with the business partners and analysis groups. Providing level 3 technical support for production applications as needed. May require some after-hours responsibilities. Required Skills 3-5 years Development and/or Solutions Architecture Experience with Spot-fire Experience customizing standard Spot-fire templates and also have worked on Spot-fire SDK to create custom templates/gadgets. Hands-on expertise in data analysis and data visualization with Spot-fire Proven analytical and problem solving skills Experience preparing business intelligence visualizations and/or dashboards Able to translate business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs Strong analytical and system design skills Strong data modeling and mining skills Strong Understanding of relational databases SQL and PLSQL background Strong communication skills and presentation skills - ability to present to business leaders and senior executive management at any given time Must possess skills to effectively escalate high risk problems and issues, ability to drive them to resolution with minimal management involvement Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete development tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and team members Must be a team player that can provide technology leadership to LOB staff and mentor them as required to provide Spot-fire Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in short period of time http://bull.hn/l/VZPK/6"
