Please review the job description and send me your candidates ASAP. This is a backfill position for one of our consultants. So the right candidate will get the position.   Experience Required: Hands on Management of QA Process and Testing of Oracle Applications, R12 Preferred. Experience with Test Automation, best practices, principals and formal methodologies. Past experience managing or leveraging off shore testing teams required. Total team size 3 to 5 +. MS Project, Testing tools being used are QTP, Load Runner and “Turnkey Solutions / Oracle Accelerator”  Must understand the concepts of BPT (Business Process Test)  Project: Implementation is Oracle EBS 12.1.3 The following modules are included: Financials, SCM, iProcurement. Legacy System is primarily highly customized mainframe / Cobol applications. Experience with “Turnkey Solutions Oracle Accelerator” for R12 a big plus    Ideal candidate has hands on Team Lead, Management experience leading off shore teams testing Oracle Applications R-12 using Turnkey Solutions Oracle Accelerator” for automation.
