Such opportunities form the basis for a number of funds and other investment vehicles, and for the firm's management of assets on behalf of institutional clients. The firm's investment activities are primarily based on quantitative strategies using mathematical and computational models. Quantitative techniques and high frequency trading are used to identify underpriced and overpriced securities, to manage various forms of portfolio risk and to reduce the cost of transacting in various financial instruments. They need to close the following position asap. Pls apply if and only if you can join within 30 days of Appointment Letter or even earlier ! Position : Analyst/Sr Analyst - .Net/C#/SQL ( multiple positions ) Education : B.Tech/BE/MCA Degree ( good education pedigree is desirable ) Experience : 1 - 6 years Location: Gurgaon Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Mandatory skills : The successful candidate will be able to drive projects to completion through interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Strong candidates should have prior experience in software product development. 1-6 years of experience developing software products and technologies. Comprehensive knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL Server, Windows, Visual Studio. Understanding of OOPs concepts, Multithreading, Exposure to Win forms, T-SQL Knowledge. Passionate about building world class products, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual - high energy, high activity levels. Passion for working with an innovative, small but rapidly growing company. 2. Desirable skills : Familiarity with financial and trading domain, Capital market background. Familiarly with at least 1 messaging system (Tibco, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, or similar), Exposure to Framework based/ Platform solutions (e.g. Data Management Framework, Exception Management Framework). Understanding/exposure of design patterns. Exposure to WCF, WPF, SQL Server Database Replication.
