Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Hiring- HCM/Payroll Implementation Consultant- Virtual Position Sarah Lewis posted a job: Hiring- HCM/Payroll Implementation Consultant- Virtual Position "- Responsible for analysis, design, configuration and testing for change requests of clients in a multi-service environment. - Participates in client meetings to capture requirements and provide business analysis. - Formulates systems scope and objectives and provides solutions to business problems utilizing structured analysis and design techniques. - Creates or reviews partner functional specifications for interfaces, reports, and customizations for clients using the core Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll modules. - Performs quality assurance of programs written by AIS technical resources using established, standardized department testing procedures without guided supervision. - Analyzes and solves existing systems and interface logic difficulties. - Responsible for systems analysis with a focus on internal standards, testing, and documentation. - Competent to work on complex systems program analysis and systems development assignments. - Competent to learn and use new technologies adopted by department without significant assistance. - Consistently meets project deadlines and is subject to heavy workloads.
