This includes designing programs, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of information technology services and maintain the integrity of systems. Other responsibilities include overseeing ICT delivery results, i.e. release management, projects, as well as process auditing, testing, required training organizational users (classroom training or online training programs, others) * Actively participates in / Main tasks : • Promoting quality achievement & performance throughout the organization • Development, implementation, communication & maintenance of a quality plan to bring the company’s quality system & policy into compliance with quality system requirements iso 9001 • Effectively interaction with business to maintain & improve delivery of services • Ensure procedures, best practices, testing programs are properly understood, are applied and carried out. • Ensurance that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS. • Delivering documents related to Quality & Compliance • Advice regarding the implementation of Quality & Compliance • Development and execution of training in Quality & Compliance • Defining quality procedures with in coop with OPS specialists • Ensurance that an internal audit program is adopted to verify that the QMS conforms to planned arrangements, QMS arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained. • Ensurance that appropriate action is taken when this is not the case, setting up & maintain audits & audit procedure. • Management, supervision and maintenance of the quality inspection - Of procedures - Of best practices - Of projects - of releases • Writing technical & management system/audit reports • Co-ordination & continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed. • Research and development within the domain of Quality & Compliance. • QMS board * Mandatory experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in different IT functions, out of which 5 years in a Quality Management function. - Experience with ISO 9001. Mandatory technical knowledge: - Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of IT - Knowledge of Quality & Quality processes, as well as development processes and testing tools. * Soft skills : • Strong conceptual thinking • Result driven, pragmatic and solutionoriented • Excellent questioning and listening skills with ability to analyse responses • Understands clients' needs • Leadership skills including recognising the strengths and weaknesses in others as well as oneself • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results • Willing to perform additional activities outside own area of expertise * Mandatory language skills: • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language. • Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory.
