Job Description: The contract Database Developer will work on Data Source Additions, Data Modifications, and Database Builds. 2+ years of experience working in a data warehouse, creating reports, and merging multiple data sets together. Experience with working with Medical Claims and Provider Data (Electronic Medical Records) Proficiency with the Linux shell environment SQL programming. Strong quality assurance and problem solving skills. Previous experience working with Epic Data and/or Clarity report generation preferred Knowledge of how revenue cycles and financials work within hospitals preferred 5 or more years experience desired. Healthcare industry experience a definite advantage. Responsibilities: Merge disparate data sources to construct high quality Oracle/PostGres databases. Write Python and SQL programming to maintain databases. Manage database modification and build projects. Perform all quality assurance and create quality analysis reports. Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members."
