Job Description: We are looking for Business Analyst based in Dublin, Ireland for one of our esteemed IT services client: Title: Business Analyst - WorldLink Location: Dublin, Ireland Duration: 6 Months Rolling Job Description: Good knowledge and experience in Worldlink platform. Prior hands on working experience in Worldlink Co-ordinate with Business users to understand the business requirements and participating in scenario discussions and workshops. Prepare (or assist in preparation of) one or more (as required) the draft requirement documents such as BRD, FS (Use case and BR) and Workflow diagrams for review and gap analysis, explain the functional details and knowledge transfer to the development and testing team. Very good oral and written communication skills Analyses issues by gathering information widely to identify workable solutions and make clear decisions. Establishes sound relationships with customers and colleagues. Understands and is able to deal with issues in own area of expertise. Must be experienced in and able to demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
