Sarah De Laet posted a job: nXt-IT is looking for a Senior PM (non-technical) start :julie 2013 duration : januari 2014 location : Antwerpen ref nr 1812 "Let op : geen voltijds regime (zie details onderaan) Following a very successful ‘Fleet 2010 program’, the client is currently initiating a program called ‘Fleet 2017’ to ensure Fleet2010 continuity, to further implement the hub/spoke Fleet Centre of Excellence and to drive the next CO2 reduction wave and Eco Driving throughout EMEA. Following the development of a high-level vision, blueprint and roadmap for Fleet2017 and the further set-up of the Fleet CoE, J&J is now ready to kick-off the deployment of the Fleet2017 program. The program impacts many different stakeholders with a variety of expectations in many countries. In addition, it touches very sensitive domains like e.g. car choice and remuneration. It is clear that proper set-up and strong program (and change) management will be a critical success factor for this initiative. Scope of Work During the initiation phase of the program: • Preparation and development of a program charter in close collaboration with the Fleet2017 program leader and sponsor. • Also a program dashboard needs to be in place to track program progress. • Pre-kick off meeting, where the program charter will be presented to and approval will be asked from the steering team. During the planning phase of the program • Preparation and development of a program plan (at milestone level) in close collaboration with the core program team. • Kick-off meeting with the program team, where the program plan will be presented to the entire program team. During the implementation phase of the program • Once we get commitment to the plan, we can start implementing the Fleet2017 program. Program management activities include: o Keeping the work plan up to date with all changes. o Stakeholder management and communication. o Program monitoring & Control, including tracking program progress, keeping program dashboard up to date and preparing and conducting weekly program status meetings. o Issue management and risk management. o Monthly program reporting to steering team. o Implementing the communication plan. o Maintain program documentation. Indication of timelines per phase Below an indication is given of the estimated duration of each phase and the effort needed. The hand-over of the project to the client will be after approximately 6 months.
