Tech required; MBA from a premiere institution a plus Relevant Work Experience of 1-3 years Required Skills and Attributes:  Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills  Understanding of systems engineering concepts  The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis  Business case development  Modeling techniques and methods  Leadership  Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Required Experience: Must have demonstrated experience in gathering requirements by directly interacting with customers for e-commerce projects. Must have experience in coordinating with delivery team and deployment. Experience working with Onsite-offshore model preferred Exposure to tools preferred. Role Description: Helping Lister implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners Presenting the customer requirements and handing over to for execution Requirements are the core of the Business Analyst’s Role: (1) Requirements Gathering- defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs o Assisting with the business case o Planning and monitoring o Eliciting requirements o Requirements organization o Translating and simplifying requirements o Requirements management and communication o Requirements analysis (2) Requirements Analysis- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment Reports to Director of Projects, Chennai Position based out of Chennai, India Willing for frequent travel to USA at very short notice"
