As a Consultant you will play an essential part in helping us to grow this division, you will be expected to develop new business but will also have the opportunity to work on our existing accounts. It is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant with true entrepreneurial skills, who wants to be part of a growing division within an established brand. Key Responsibilities * To develop and build a dual (contract and perm) recruitment desk specializing in Marketing across a variety of sectors * Focus on developing new business through lead generation and by keeping up to date with latest initiatives/projects and assessing where the new business opportunities are * Managing and delivering full life cycle recruitment across your own accounts * Where applicable, assisting with the client management and candidate delivery on existing accounts * Other business development activities will include developing sponsors within new clients, mapping out potential new clients and identifying new contacts * Growing and establishing a candidate database * Delivering to set financial and performance targets Key experience/skills * Previous experience of working in a 360 degree recruitment role, successfully building a Marketing desk * Excellent knowledge of the Marketing and the variety of roles/disciplines that fall within this sector * Demonstrate a track record of successfully developing new business and bringing on board new clients * Excellent client management skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships * Proven ability to meet and exceed financial sales targets * An appetite for sustained business development The Company McGregor Boyall is one of the UK's leading multi-sector recruitment firms.
