There is a strong possibility of conversion to Full Time if so desired and performance warrants. Relocation funds will NOT be provided. JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for the design, development, and testing of system applications utilizing defined development processes, tools, standards, frameworks and methodologies.  Execute thorough developer unit testing utilizing available use cases.  Maintain up-to-date documentation of newly developed systems and operations.  Monitor system services ensuring consistent service reliability and timely problem resolution.  Provide technical leadership and guidance in the proactive appraisal and assessment of existing processes and their continuous improvement to the Dealer Tire applications suite.  Interface with key customers from all functional areas, both internal and external.  Responsible for ongoing support of the system applications. Job Requirements: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS  Must have minimum of 7 years JD Edwards One World programming experience.  JD Edwards One World XE 7.3+ SP20 or Higher experience preferred  Extensive experience in Oracle J.D. Edwards One World Application, UBE, TC, BSFN, NER and Interface design, development and maintenance.  Extensive experience in developer unit testing.  Extensive experience developing within the One World XE or higher Development Tool Kit.  Experience with distributed application development in a client/server environment (preferably iSeries) is desired.  Experience developing and troubleshooting DcLink scripts.  Knowledge of One World functional modules in Finance and Supply Chain is a plus.  Database knowledge of DB2 is a plus QUALIFICATIONS:  A positive and professional attitude.  Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and oral.  Team player with a focus towards customer service.  Ability to self-motivate and work in a dynamic environment.  Automotive industries experience a plus."
