"Purpose of position: Supply a contribution to the growth of the market share in order to contribute in an optimal way to the financial results of the organisation. Situated where in the organisation: -Reports to: Regional Business Manager KPA’s (Key Performance Area’s) and major responsibilities: 1) Relation management (Time allocated: 75%) Major responsibilities:  Create, build and maintain external contacts with diabetes nurses, reference nurses, doctors, patients, distributors, patient organizations, Hospital & Non Hospital DMU,etc….in line with the communication strategy of the company with regards to marketing, finance, health care compliance, consumer….;  Develop a strategic insight in the sector;  Implement the plans through regular, targeted and planned field visits  React/capitalize on new market developments in their relations, e.g. inventory of health care groups…:  Maintain internal contacts with full team of Business Unit Belgium & Luxembourg 2) Performance management (Time allocated: 15%) Major responsibilities:  Optimizing of Sales Force Efficiency process via Integrity Selling Follow up of Sales Action Plan;  Monitor visits via OneView;  Management of region via OneView/Cognos, such as: - Coverage - Visits - Sales MAT, YTD, montly - Prescription products - IMS….. 3) Planning and organization (Time allocated: 10 %) Major responsibilities:  Develop strategy of Sales Action Plan;  Set up and adapt Sales Action Plan;  Implementation of Sales Action Plan via planning and monitoring of visits and meetings via OneView;  Monthly evaluation of MAT results versus plan.  Organization and planning of major activities 1st and 2nd line such as workshops, metercontrol days, course expertise promotion etc…….  ½ day a week analysis time Education: Master or equal through experience Educational background: (para) Medical, Business Administration or Economics Work Experience: 2 to 5 years commercial experience, by preference in the medical field Technical skills: good knowledge of MS Office, good PC knowledge Language skills: Dutch, English, French Competency profile: - Credo values: means that this person demonstrates integrity and credo based actions and treats the others with respect. - Business result oriented: active and full dedication and commitment for the job, secure achievement of business targets.
