We're looking for XAML designers with some c# development skills Must be proficient in XAML, Blend, .NET, WPF/C# with an understanding of visual design and the Microsoft suite (Expression Blend, Expression Design) with a proven track record of WPF application delivery. You should also have a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, MVVM Design Patterns, PRISM library + composite application, Web services and be adept at enterprise scale desktop applications. Skills Required: As a front-end developer and member of the UI team, you should be able to faithfully implement designs provided by UX designers into the XAML language working closely with interaction and visual designers as well as application developers. You should be able to take ownership of problems and be able to listen to and appreciate users, colleagues to reach healthy compromises as required.
