Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Information Security Manager, Account Management - UK Rachael Manning posted a job: Information Security Manager, Account Management - UK "Information Security Manager, Account Management (Telecoms, Pre-Sales Security Services, Marketing, Account, ISO 27001, PCI, SC Cleared, ITIL, UK, Perm) An experienced Information Security Manager, Account Management is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Reading. Key Responsibilities: ● Be the subject matter expert on information security and act as first point of contact for pre-sales security related activities. ● Work as part of the global security team to build and support global security policies. ● Ensure customer proposals meet clients, customer & regulatory obligations ● Responsible to implement and maintain the ISMS (Information Security Management System) for our customer environments. ● Create & maintain standard solution options and associated security pre-sales materials that can be applied generically across clients proposals. ● Work with customers, sales teams, HR, IT, Cyber Security Office, operational teams, etc. to define viable project specific solutions that protect business & customer information assets from loss of availability, integrity and confidentiality that could result in business operational impact and/or negative financial and/or reputational consequences ● Work with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of projects to run-rate efficient operation. ● Build a positive customer relationship & ensure clear & consistent communication. ● Regularly review & provide assistance to ongoing operations to ensure best practice is maintained ● Drive the information security culture across the Sales/Account Management teams. ● Regularly look for opportunities to make improvements in the operation of the support and customer services team. Qualifications: ● Pre-Sales experience of Security Services. ● Previous of delivering security frameworks in a customer, technical support and managed services environments ● Clear working knowledge of the Data Protection Act. ● Recognised information security qualification ● Previous IT Security/Information Security experience in a client facing role. ● Understanding of ITIL ● Understanding of security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS ● SC Cleared If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LIJV/ISMAM14297 or call +385 1 638 7404 for further information."
