Group: IT Recruiters Subject: (Senior) IT Project Manager - Data Software related - Vilvoorde Tim VanHulle (t.vanhulle@computerfutures.be) posted a job: (Senior) IT Project Manager - Data Software related - Vilvoorde "As Senior Project Leader, you will be working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the roadmap preparation and on-time execution. The purpose of this is to come up with ideas, work out a plan with business / IT and present functioning technology prototypes to the external clients. Responsibilities & day-to-day tasks * Managing the key stakeholders with the purpose of establishing and maintaining positive relationships * Motivating, supporting and directing the project teams * Defining and delivering one or more concurrent projects * Making sure that the developed software is developed in accordance to the business & departmental strategic vision * Managing third party delivery partners, onsite, near-shore, offshore and onshore * Managing small, quick prototyping projects focussed on new business concepts * Taking the previously mentioned concepts and potentially establishing a larger implementation project Profile * Bachelor in IT or equal in experience * Excellent knowledge in IT Project Management, with preference in a software development role * PRINCE II is a plus * Proven track in searching the business needs and translating them into technical requirements * Previous experience with pharma is a plus * Proven track record of delivering large and / or complex projects, including balancing delivery time against budget and client needs * Experience in working with off-shore companies * Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and pro-activity * Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to network, identify and build relationships internally and throughout the company Package offered * Salary which is market conform * Bonus (depending on level) * Car + fuel card * Insurances Package Interested?
