Group: Technology Recruiters Subject: Talented Business Analysts For 2 Different Locations Are Required(Remote Work Allowed, 3 Positions) Divyang Brahmbhatt posted a job: Talented Business Analysts For 2 Different Locations Are Required(Remote Work Allowed, 3 Positions) "Position: Business Analyst (3 Positions) Duration: 7 Months Location: Raleigh, NC Or Beaverton, OR Rate: DOE •The Business Systems Analyst could participate in writing the initial business case providing the background of a requested project, the expected business benefits, the options considered (with reasons for rejecting or carrying forward each option), the expected costs of the project, and the expected risks. •The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for identification of the business need through the production of the Business Requirements Document, Functional and Non-Functional design specifications and supports the proof of concept through systems and data analysis, GAP analysis, business process analysis, data mapping and modeling. •This position also creates business test cases to support the business through the coordination of user acceptance testing and runs the final UAT to approval. •Typically functions as a team member delivering critical artifacts and as a work stream leader on the project reviewing other BSA deliverables. •The BA will produce clear and concise written communications, and responds to change requests that impact business requirements. •Assesses and anticipates client requirements, issues, business impact and goals; prepares and recommends solution alternatives. •Leads workshops and facilitates group discussions; leads, mentors, and acts as a subject matter expert on complex projects. •Evaluates large, complex problems and break them down into smaller, solvable problems. •Independently identifies and executes solutions based upon analytical skills and business knowledge. •Must be able to present to executives.
