The project manager will provide all the necessary documents and records in a timely manner so that where necessary remediation Services could be undertaken in accordance with agreed timelines. Time shall be of the essence to the Agreement and both Parties shall endeavor to comply in a timely manner with their respective obligations and complete the Services within the timelines agreed. In that framework, the contractor will be in charge of verifying multiple information for regulatory files against data set in UCB systems and/or supportive software. He will liaise with all UCB departments that carried out regulatory information such as QA, QC, production and GRA. The contractor will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project. Oversees all aspects of short-term project or certain aspects of long-term project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
