Start Date: ASAP Length: +3months Description: • Someone who speaks Spanish and English, but can also do QA, document review/proofreading, manage meetings, very good at excel and pivot tables, and keep things/activities on track. Experience in POS/Retail is preferred, but not required. Skills: • Experience with POS systems and/or credit card processing (very nice to have, but not mandatory) • Experience with vendor management and engagement • Contract management • 6+ years of software-related Business Analyst experience • Expertise with use case development and swimlane process flows, developing functional specifications • Exceptional analytical skills • 2+ years of software Project Management experience • Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle management controls • Experience working with software development teams • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project • Attention to detail and consistent follow-through • Excellent oral/written communication skills and persuasiveness • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings • Ability to organization and track a large number of open issues • Ability to collaborate with external teams as well as internal project staff to achieve key goals Languages: • Spanish • English If you fulfill this requirement and are interested in this position, please send your English resume along with your availability to start in this project, to the following e-mail address: nancy.cardona@fastdolphin.com"
