Group: IT Recruiters Sarah De Laet has started a discussion: nXt-IT is looking for a eProduct & solution specialist start :21/10/2013 duration : 31/12/2013 location: Brussels ref nr 1962 "Job content As EBU Product & Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating & implementing projects for online self-servicing applications aimed at professional customers.  Together with our business contacts, you’ll define our next generation self-servicing platform  With the help of business and technical contacts, you define a realistic roadmap. This roadmap will take the integration of our existing tools into account as well as the alignment of these tools with the new concept.  You act as E-Business SPOC for some of our existing self-servicing applications. You’ll have the following tasks:  Analyse the existing portfolio of Self-servicing tools for professional customers  Create benchmarks and follow trends regarding self-servicing tools for professional customers  Stay in touch with our internal customers and help them to achieve their goals for your domain  Get a clear view on the IT-enablers needed for your projects  Work out concept versions to present our proposals to our internal customers in a clear and understandable way  Create high-level business cases for each new initiative  Create detailed web requirements, taking usability, design guidelines and technical restrictions into account.  Ensure the correct implementation of the requirements by our internal and external suppliers  Define and execute tests to ensure the quality of the deliveries and make go/no go decisions based on the outcome of the tests  Contribute to realisation of the key performance indicators of the team and make proposals to improve the result  Communicate internally about the status of your projects o Profile Description Required competences  Personality & values o Team spirit, you can work closely with others and you motivate your colleagues o Entrepreneurial and result-oriented o Diplomatic, able to build trust rapidly o Stress-resistant and capable to deal with conflicts o Assertive o Independent, well-organized  Competences & experience: o Basic knowledge of marketing and technical domains (credible and effective in both areas) o Proven knowledge of the digital world, preferably in the (self-) servicing domain. Knowledge of web technologies. o Analytical o Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. o Experience in defining business requirements, explaining those towards the technical analysts & validating the correct implementation of the requirements o Being able to create conceptual wireframes to explain user flows and functionalities of a website or web applications o Quick learner, with a focus on new products, new markets and new technologies. o Excellent communication skills o Languages: French, Dutch, English o Master degree (or similar through experience) Minimal 3 to 5 years of experience as product or project manager in an internet-oriented environment (preferably in a telecommunication company). ref nr 1962"
