Position: Associate Recruiter (US) Location: Near Hitech City, Hyderabad Salary : Negotiable DOJ: Immediate No. of positions: 5 Job Description: • At least 1-2 years of experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle. • Should have good experience working on Dice, Monster, Linkedin, etc. • Should have knowledge/worked on various IT Technologies. • Experience in negotiating rates on C2C,W2 and 1099. • Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally. • Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement. • Coordinate documentation work involving contract agreements, background checks, references with candidates/vendors/clients. • Build and maintain database of vendor, candidate contacts and resumes. • Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills. • Should be a good team player.
