Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics. * Lotus Notes/Domino Platform, version 7.x - 8.5 (3-5 years) * Domino Web Development, version 7.x - 8.5 (3+ years) * Lotus Notes skills in: LotusScript, Formula language (3 - 5 years) * Web development skills in: HTML (HTML5 a plus), JavaScript (Dojo or JQuery a plus), AJAX, CSS , XML (3+ years) * Knowledge of Lotus Enterprise Integrator and other back-end system integration is desired, but not required * General knowledge of Websphere and Java is desired, but not required * Analytical skills-involving critical thinking, problem-solving, documentation and tier-3 user support \ * Ability to multi-task * Time management and organizational skills * Ability to adjust to roles and responsibilities required for different projects * Ability to adapt to a changing environment * Goal-oriented The numbers tell it all.
