Subject: Benefit Center Manager Tim Bennett posted a job: Benefit Center Manager "Key responsibilities: • Achieves delivery performance objectives • Achieves and reports against internal Factory operating metrics • Achieves compliance (data privacy, security, etc.) and audit objectives • Acts as benefits expert and innovation advisor to clients • Directs benefits client team leads in delivery of day-to-day services • Performs root cause analysis to troubleshoot delivery issues • Leads projects that increase delivery effectiveness • Achieves cost to serve objectives by utilizing lean and operational excellence methodology • Provides delivery budget and cost forecasts to account teams • Manages center/seat charge costs with regional delivery lead • Directs benefits skills development, succession planning, retention and engagement activities • Advises on training and development activities to achieve required resource capability levels • Maintains rosters and org chart • Drives configured service designs according to standard solution with factory capability lead • Develops cost estimates and assumptions with solution management team and provides input/updates to solution model • Represents Employee Lifecycle Management/Benefits to new client prospects during sales and mobilization processes • Drives new service delivery stabilization Basic Qualifications • Minimum 8 years operations management experience • Minimum 5 years in administration of employee and job data, management of leave of absence and employee relations experience • Minimum 6 years in managing teams of up to 130 individuals • Minimum 3 years financial forecasting and budget experience Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors degree • Solid outsourcing operations experience • Clear understanding of HR BPO global service model • Demonstrated knowledge of standard employee lifecycle management/benefits solution and specific client contractual commitments"
