Do you have 3-5 years of experience and a talent for business development? Due to expansion we have an immediate opening for an entrepreneurial Qualitative Market Researcher within our Healthcare team. Your role: This role is focused on both developing business as well as delivery of high quality market research projects. You will manage large-scale market research projects, strengthening existing client relationship and expanding our client base by: - Playing an active role in the business development; - Discussing strategic marketing issues with clients and preparing innovative proposals; - Performing and managing all phases of market research studies: design, analysis and presentation; - Supervising the work of project managers and participating in their development. Your profile: You are able to demonstrate a solid experience in medical, clinical, pharmaceutical or epidemiological areas. You are an expert in marketing or in analyzing and solving marketing / business issues in the context of the healthcare industry. Being an experienced qualitative researcher is a pre-requisite. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dedicated, enthusiastic team-player who has: - In depth understanding of marketing and business issues, validated by 3-5 years experience in market research or marketing; - Minimum Master degree or equivalent in Market Research, Marketing or Business Administration or studies related to Medical, Clinical or Epidemiological areas; - Experience in supervising and/or coaching a team; - Strong analytical skills; - Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing; - International experience is a plus.
